TO OUR CLIENTS
We are eager to help you, both in the planning and service of your party. Should the menu selections presented not fulfill your requirements, please let us know as we welcome the challenge to custom tailor menus to your specific needs.
GUARANTEE AGREEMENT
We require a confirmation to guarantee attendance at least 48 hours in advance of all functions. Your invoice will be based on the guaranteed number, plus any charges over and above.
All food items must be supplied and prepared by Woodvale Community Facility and our professionally trained staff.
Woodvale Community Facility reserves the right to provide alternate function space if changes in numbers, set up requirements or time changes occur.
